Your licence
When you buy GemiTok you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the edition you bought (Basic, Pro or Ultimate) for as long as you like. Each licence covers one TikTok channel and one Twitch channel, chosen when you activate it. You can use it on any number of your own computers.
What you may not do
- Share, resell or publish your licence or the app.
- Reverse-engineer, modify or bypass the licence check.
- Use one licence for channels other than the ones it was activated for.
We may deactivate licences that break these rules.
Updates
Your purchase includes free updates. GemiTok connects to TikTok and Twitch the same way their websites do. If they change something, a feature may stop working for a while until we release a fix. We work hard to fix these quickly, but we can't guarantee how quickly.
No affiliation
GemiTok is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance or Twitch. You're responsible for following the rules of the platforms you stream on.
Warranty and liability
GemiTok is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost income from a stream. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. This doesn't affect your rights under consumer law.
Payments
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which also handles sales tax and billing questions.
