The short version

GemiTok runs on your computer. Your chat, your stream and your translations stay on your computer. We only keep what's needed to sell you a licence and keep it working.

What we collect

• Purchase details: your name, email and order info. These are collected by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, and shared with us so we can deliver your licence and support you.
• Licence details: your licence key, edition, and the TikTok and Twitch channel names you activate it for.
• Licence checks: now and then the app asks our server whether your licence is still valid. This sends your licence key and the app version. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may briefly process your IP address to deliver the request.

What we don't collect

• Your chat messages, viewers' names or anything shown on stream.
• Translations. They're done by a model running on your own PC.
• Your TikTok or Twitch passwords. The app never asks for them.

How we use it

We use it only to deliver and check your licence, process refunds and answer your emails. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Keeping and deleting

We keep licence records for as long as your licence exists, so the app keeps working. Email thegemiloper@gmail.com to see or delete your data. Deleting it deactivates your licence.

Payments

Payment details are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never see your card number. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for how they handle your data.
